Based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, ISDSI offers a number of experiential and field-based opportunities for undergraduate students, graduate students and faculty. These range from direct enroll semester and summer programs, 3rd party semester programs, faculty-led short-term programs and opportunities for field study and research. Strong partnerships with local communities are a key part of what makes ISDSI courses successful. We work together with local communities to help them tell their own stories. Our partner communities are passionate about connecting with and teaching our students, sharing their lives, knowledge, and struggles. Students then have the unique opportunity to help empower communities through listening to and learning the stories of often marginalized people. Living with and learning from local communities allows students to be a part of grassroots solutions to global problems. Please come and talk with us at our booth and/or join the Forum session we will co-present on Wednesday on "Creative Learning Across Borders: Embracing Decolonial Perspectives". We look forward to talking with you about how we can serve your students! Dr Mark Ritchie, Director and Founder Cheryl Stinchcomb, Admissions and Institutional Relations
