The Forum on Education Abroad’s latest Standards in Action book, Convergence of Litigation, Policy and Standards: Building the informed practitioner in education abroad risk management, concludes with over 20 subject matter experts "futuring,” opining on future challenges facing the education abroad sector. The panel will feature a few of the SMEs addressing issues at the intersection of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and risk management in education abroad. This highly interactive session will serve as a forum, allowing participants to engage in dynamic conversations through thought provoking- prompts on topics such as identity risk, neurodiversity, and bias in risk assessments designed to foster meaningful dialogue on how these issues might shape the future of the field.
