Over tea, attendees will explore how partnerships, internal and external, add value and provide opportunities for student participation and exposure to diverse voices at community colleges and beyond. We will focus on utilizing partnerships to engage underrepresented and diverse identities, as well as incorporating intercultural learning into curriculum and program development. Attendees will be invited to share their own experiences and ideas with colleagues to explore actionable strategies.

Upon completion, participant will be able to reflect on their own identity and institution/organization, as well as current efforts to diversify participation, curriculum, and programming.
