In a world filled with data, professionals who are data-literate are essential to the success of a team. Data analysis is a hard skill that is often overlooked but so essential to one's success. There are simple ways in which data can positively improve your office initiatives, increase leadership advocacy, impact team stress levels and address enrollment goals. Knowing how to find and analyze data can seem overwhelming but it shouldn’t be! No matter your role, this session is for you.

Learning Objectives:

  • Increase their awareness and knowledge in data literacy and how it can positively impact their efficiency as an individual, team or office.
  • Better understand key data terminologies and skills in analyzing data as it relates to international education.
  • Discover how to correlate data to EDI initiatives, student enrollment increase/decreases, and even team stress levels!.
  • Fully comprehend how to use data to advocate for yourself, for your team, and for your office.
