Noelle Baldwin is the Director of Diversity Relations & Advising at IES Abroad. In this role, Noelle manages the Diversity Relations & Advising team as they collaborate with partners from various communities to create resources for students across all social identities. With her asset-based lens, Noelle works to highlight the strengths of historically marginalized groups as they pursue global learning experiences. She earned her degrees in Psychology and Education from the University of Miami, where she also studied abroad in South Africa. Noelle is a proud first generation American of Jamaican heritage and she remains active in her diaspora community.
