David Nelson graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in International Studies and Political Science before teaching English in Japan and traveling extensively throughout Southeast Asia and Oceania. He contributed to faculty-directed education abroad at Western Kentucky University through The Cooperative Center for Study Abroad (CCSA), directing programs in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. At the University of Kentucky, David managed faculty-led programs and later transitioned to a role focused on process automation and infrastructure in international education. Currently, he oversees AI integration and related projects, driving innovation in the field.
