Ebony Ellis (she/her) is an international educator and founder of Aventurine Global, with over 16 years of experience promoting intercultural and growth mindsets. She earned a Bachelor’s in History & Education from Albany State University and a Master’s in Leisure, Youth, & Human Services from the University of Northern Iowa. Ebony co-developed the Global Education Equity Empowerment Framework and has worked globally, including with the U.S. Department of Defense and the University of Michigan, advancing equity and transformative learning.
