Professor Otto is the Academic Curriculum Coordinator for the Applied Liberal Studies and an Adjunct Professor in the department of Psychology at Morgan State University. Professor Otto has 15 plus years in higher education. She earned her Masters in Educational and Developmental Psychology with an emphasis in Developmental Psychology from Andrews University and a B.A. in Human Development and Family Studies from Oakwood University. At present, she is a doctoral candidate in Community College Leadership. Professor Otto's present research focuses on community college students' mental health and levels of persistence.
